How to Enjoy Teas From China
China produces many types of tea that lend themselves well to different preparations. The classic malty black teas from Yunnan, vibrant green teas of Hubei province and fruity nectar-like white teas from Fujian can all be brewed hot, served over ice, or even left overnight to create ethereal cold brew infusions. Our aged Pu’er tea really shines when brewed in a Chinese-style Gongfu or Gaiwan teapot and can be steeped multiple times.
